• Tamilnadu Counselling Schdule for Admission to MBBS Course 2018-19 session under management quota in self financing colleges

Important Dates:

** Other than minority candidates in the Rank between 2520 and 18915 need not attend the counseling on 31.07.2018 10.00 A.M

Important Points to candidates:

• Candidates can only download the call letters for counselling from websites www.tnhealth.org / www.tnmedicalselection.org and attend the Counselling
• No individual call letters will be sent.Candidate should be present one hour prior to commencement of counselling.
• candidate should produce all original certificates.
• candidate should produce a demand draft payable at chennai for Rs. 1000/- drawn in favour of 'secretary, selection committee, chennai - 10." At the time of counseling as processing fee
• The candidates who are selected at the time of counseling shall pay an amount of Rs.1,00,000/ -(rupees one lakh only) as registration fee only by means of demand draft drawn in favour of "the secretary, selection committee,kilpauk, chennai - 10" payable at chennai at the time of receipt of the allotment order
• After the receipt of the joining report from the deans of the respective colleges this amount will be transferred to the colleges concerned. This fee is not refundable if the candidate does not join or discontinues the course. Remaining amount of tuition fees should be paid in full at the time of admission in the respective colleges
• candidates who are claiming to take seats under linguistic /religious minority category should produce, nativity certificate from tamilnadu, proof of residence and religious & liguistic minority certificate from concerned tahsildar/principal of the school.
• FOR CMC VELLORE MINORITY NETWORK SEATS
• Proof of sponsership sent by cmc vellore's network associated churches or christian organization, including the instituition.
• baptism/comfirmation/church membership/religious minority certificates
• Candidate who belongs to sc, sca and st category and who are native of tamil nadu should bring the community certificate of candidate and parent to take an allotment in cmc vellore under sc, sca and st category seats.

• Neet Admit card 2018.
• Neet Rank card 2018.
• Mark sheet of H.S.C
• X Standard mark sheet
• Transfer certificate obtained after the completion of H.S.C
• Nativity certificate (if applicable)
• Community certificate.
• Certificate for proof of study from VI to XII standard.
• Income certificate (only if applicable)
• Special category forms (if applicable)
